NC Dinos introduced a new face to the coaching staff ahead of 'CAMP 1' that starts on the 25th. The former NC coach, Legend Sohn Min-han, Lee Ho-joon, Lee Jong-wook, former KT coach Chae Jong-beom, and former LG coach Park Seok-jin. Coach Son Min-han and Lee Ho-joon joined NC team in the 2013 season and led the team as a veteran. Since 2016, Son has been working as a coach for the youth baseball promotion program of the club, "Let's Play with Son Min-han." Coach Lee Ho-joon is currently training as a leader with the Yomiuri Giants in Japan and will join the team in early November when the schedule ends. Coach Lee Jong-wook joined NC team from the 2014 season and has been in charge of the team's outfields for five years. After finishing the 2018 season, Lee decided to retire. Lee, like Sohn Min-han and Lee Ho-joon, will join the Dinos Anus club and remain a member of the team's Legend. "I try to communicate with players with joy every moment," the coach said. Former KT coach Chae Jong-beom, who served as batting coach for NC in 2012, will join the team again in six years.
